Camilla Menini became a partner of Consimp in 2001 after joining the firm in 1996. She principally deals with economic and legal consultancy for companies and corporate groups, and extraordinary operations including M&As, consolidated financial statements and due diligence operations.
She performs valuations on companies, corporate groups and company branches.
She has occupied positions of public importance in the context of insolvency procedures in her capacity as qualified certifier. She is also a member of the board of statutory auditors of several companies, auditor and supervisory board member.
She graduated with honours in Economics and Business from the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and has been registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants and Expert Bookkeepers of Treviso since 1996.
She is entered on the Register of Certified Auditors, the Roll of Technical Consultants of the Court of Treviso, under the “commercial” section, and on the Roll of Expert Consultants set up by the Court of Treviso in the “accountancy” section.
She has received a specialization in Company Valuation – SAF delle Tre Venezie.
From January 1990 to December 1995 she worked with Arthur Andersen & Co, today Deloitte & Touche Italia S.p.A., in their auditing division, and with listed and non-listed industrial, commercial and leasing companies.
She was Chairwoman of the Commission for Accounting, Financial and Auditing Studies set up by the Association of Chartered Accountants and Expert Bookkeepers of Treviso, where she coordinated training activities on consolidated financial statements, international standards, accounting and auditing standards, corporate financial communication and corporate valuation.
From 2017 she has been coordinating a research group set up jointly by the Association of Chartered Accountants of Treviso and the Department of Economics of the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice to study the technical aspects of the ISP project – a composite performance index (ISP) of business corporations.
She is the Chairman of the Council of the Association of Chartered Accountants and Expert Bookkeepers of Treviso for the period 2022-2026.
Partner of the Marisa Bellisario Foundation – included in the “1000 Excellent Curricula” database, she is the Foundation’s representative for the province of Treviso.
